Charming Garden House Studio

Welcome to our new garden house studio, an accomodation for 2 during the warm weather months when heating is not required. Raw wooden beams meet vintage furniture and curtains, stained glass windows, plus there's a roomy bathroom with rain shower head, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with coffee, tea, homemade jam, spices, vinegar, oil, etc. The studio is opposite the main house which also has a separate FeWo and all is set in a 6,000 sq. m. woodland garden open for your use.

Remise with vision

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

Construction trailer directly on the Havel

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Rooms with a View of the Havel River in Strodehne

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Apartment, Projekthof Mannaz, Nature, Hofsauna

Accommodation of the star park. Our 1-room apartment is located in a converted barn on our Mannaz project farm. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a 140x200 bed, a dining area for two people and a private lovingly designed bathroom. Offers such as horse-based therapy, drum journey, ceremonies, woodworking (...) and sauna use can be booked at an additional cost. Live your change 🦋

In our centrally located, spacious and bright gallery apartment you are in the historic core of the Hanseatic city of Stendal. The apartment is located in the middle of the lively old town of Stendal in a residential and commercial building. Within walking distance you can reach the train station, theater, cathedral, various shops and restaurants.

Vacation home Edith (new) Tangermünde old town

The Edith vacation home is located in a quiet side street in the city center (150 m from the market square/town hall). It was completed in 2020 and fundamentally restored with a lot of love, passion and effort. Parking is available. Bicycles can be parked in the private backyard. The baker and butcher can be reached in 150 m.
