The house has 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The kitchen has the usual basic amenities, a large fridge-freezer, induction hob with convection oven. All TVs in the house are smart TVs, and can easily be used at the same time via the Wi-Fi network. Several parking bags are located directly in front of the property. Despite quiet location, fast highway access in all directions. Many leisure and hiking opportunities (also for dogs) in the area.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.

Basement apartment in Herzogenrath

The cozy basement apartment is located in the Niederbardenberg district. The apartment has free parking in front of the house. By car, you can reach Aachen in 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the destination in Aachen). By bus you can reach Aachen in about 30 minutes. The bus stop is within walking distance.
