Vacation rentals with beach access in Woy Woy

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

This is without a doubt the best unit we’ve ever stayed in and can’t wait to go back.

Jonathan is the most amazing host. The apartment is absolutely breathtaking and I was not prepared for the view. The place is of a high standard of quality and cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with quality supplies. And the kitchen towels are abundant and fresh (I'm a chef so this was so beautiful to see) everything there that you would need for a home away from home. luxury bathroom with more than adequate supplies. Peaceful, safe, amazing living and dining area, the most freshest bed I've ever slept in. Thank you so much, Jonathan for having me. I recommend this place so highly and with the assurance that it's the best airbnb I have ever stayed and will definitely be coming back.

Loved sitting on the verandah having a cup of tea and watching the birds and hearing the ocean. Beds very comfy, beautiful, relaxing space and enjoyed your dog Coco and cat Hazel coming to check on us. Will definately tell my friends about your place, and am sure, when given the opportunity, we will be back.

10/10 highly recommend getting the Mongolian lamb from the Chinese shop. Drove my Tesla here from Sydney, there’s a supercharger 20m away. Parking is easy, lots of good food and the coffee shop downstairs are really nice to us as they have good relationship with Airbnb host.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely loved staying at Belinda’s place with our extended family for the week. Beautiful spot tucked away in Pearl Beach, an easy stroll down to the beach, and an incredible house with plenty of space for all the kiddos and adults. Belinda’s house was very well appointed - stylishly renovated, well-thought out design with beautiful furnishings. We had a great week (despite some heavy rain!) and look forward to staying again soon.

Nice cosy house with 2 reasonably sized bedrooms plus 1 large bedroom. The kitchen is spacious. High range Miele dryer and Miele washing machine. Newish and clean Westinghouse dishwasher. Lots of crockery and cutlery. Coffee bags and coffee capsules aplenty. Bedlinen and towels are clean. A large supply of dishwasher tablets. Split system air conditioner is quiet and efficient. Large carport. Two large TVs. A large hot water tank so back to back long showers aren’t a problem. The room doors are quite soundproof so it is ok for the TV to be on in the living room when others are in bed. The automatic gate works perfectly, providing security for the car. The house is a 2 min walk to Ocean Beach. It is very quiet during the day and at night. The garden is immaculately kept. The only criticism I have is that the nonstick pans are all scratched with the Teflon peeling off, so they can’t be used.

Cassandra was an amazing host and her place was beautiful. Everything was super clean and she let us check in/out flexibly. The place was very accomodating for our large group stay over the long weekend. The place was fully stocked with everything our group needed for a relaxing stay - fireplace, games, speaker, daybed and outdoor furniture. The bialetti cafeteria was a highlight!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Exactly as described, and exactly as looks in the photos. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment for us to stay in with our daughter while visiting our family on the Nothern Beaches.
