Katie was a great host. Her place was so fresh. It was the cleanest AirBNB I have stayed in. The backyard is huge, and no house behind. Katie gave us some extra kitchen supplies we needed and had all the basics. So nice to have a tv both in the living space and bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are lots of places to eat. Stay Blessed and thank you again.

Make sure you sit on porch in the morning and enjoy the Birds singing- it’s pretty great! It’s a nice roomy place to stay and Dd is really awesome. She took great care of us. Bring quarters for the Laundry.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

We had a great stay here for a wedding nearby. The location is an easy walk to the lake or to town for dinner. The place itself is well kept and clean.

This was perfect for our weekend stay on the outskirts of ATL. We felt private yet were only 5 minutes from almost anything we needed, like dining, coffee, etc. We took advantage of the spacious area with large kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made the stay that much more peaceful for our family. The hosts were the best, with quick and flexible communication and directions. Good location, most things are within 5min drive radius, also walkable to some restaurants and banks. Quiet and natural gated community, well equipped kitchen with basic essentials. If there is a table in the room would be better since the stool chair is a bit short to sit by the counter, other than that it is good

Honestly words can’t describe this is my best experience with Airbnb along with best experience with the host ! Communication was everything Mr Gregory was amazing and truly understanding. I loved the location. There were scuffs on the wall in sure from previous guest but overall the place was clear great area . He even recommend food places and we tried one 10/10

I had the pleasure of staying at Oscar's Airbnb for 10 weeks while I was down in Duluth doing my senior internship. Oscar made my experience and transition fluid and very easy. The place is gorgeous and the accessibility is great. Place was spotless and clean the day I showed up and the move in process was very easy and Oscar was incredibly responsive. Being able to park in the garage was a huge perk and very convenient! Kitchen had everything I would need for my time there and the bathroom was fully upgraded and in perfect condition. Oscar answered quickly every time I ever needed something from him and was a fantastic host!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was so clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe is that there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. But honestly, everything else was amazing! I booked it the same day and was able to check in right away, which really highlights how quick and efficient the host is. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Everything you would want at a home and more! Maryland took in mind every detail while creating the perfect hosting spot. We needed nothing, everything needed was in the home! By far the best home we've stayed in and host! Super friendly and her place was super clean and quiet. Definitely a place worth booking of you're looking to get away and experience relaxation and all the amenities this place has to offer.

Perfect for what we needed for 5 nights. Close to all amenities by car, including a choice of Sports Bars, Grocery shopping and Starbucks. Great parking available. We would stay there again if the need and opportunity were present.

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

As an Atlanta native, I booked this stay for a quick change of scenery and was very pleased with the experience. The check-in process was smooth and clearly outlined, with helpful photos to guide the way. The space matched the description and photos exactly. Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
