Note: both a CAT and two dogs live here. Another note: we set up the air conditioner in the summer months, typically in the first few weeks of June.

One room cabin on the bank of the Farmington river. Large acre of land. Fire pit, dock, parking. No bed- bring a blow up mattress. Electricity, but no running water. Outhouse/Port-o-potty on premises (cleaned once a week). Space for camping, an RV, lawn games. Overall, for the adventurous!
