Within 2 miles of this locally crafted cabin are: Elmore Lake & State Park, Lamoille River and Rail Trail, Catamount ski trails & VAST snowmobile trails.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Cozy rustic Cottage // Close to Stowe

Beer, cheese, long walks in the woods & skiing! Our 180 year old little Farmhouse is close to all the rural essentials. Set on bucolic backroads, looking out towards Stowe, the little Farmhouse is a Vermont country paradise. Starting in 2026, we will be building a home adjacent to the farmhouse. The property might be a bit of a construction project in the Spring and through the Summer. *Read the “rules” section if you plan to bring a dog :) .

Feel comfortable and at peace in our cozy yet light filled guest room with it’s own private entrance and spacious bathroom. It is well appointed with antiques, a hand carved queen bed and a big collection of eclectic books that we encourage our guests to go home with. The Cabin

Welcome to The Cabin! This cozy, rustic cabin is a part of 85 private acres in Danville, VT, just up the road from The Forgotten Village at Greenbank’s Hollow. Perched at the crest of a 12 acre pasture, enjoy both local and long range views of the Presidential Range. Trails lead you in various directions throughout the woods. The Cabin is a place to breathe deep, enjoy nature, and simply get away from it all!
