We had an incredible stay at this charming little cottage, privately nestled between rural properties. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern appliances—everything you could possibly need. The Wallendbeen Hotel is about a 10-minute walk up the road. While they don't have a dining menu, the beer is delightfully cold, and it's a fantastic spot to meet the friendly locals. The large yard, complete with a gate, is perfect for your furry friends. Chris and Annie were incredibly helpful and responsive. We had some family stay for a few unplanned nights, and Chris accommodated us for a small fee. If you're looking for a relaxing city escape, this accommodation should be on your wish list. Highly recommended!

A large family style with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Parking on the premises very close to the entrance makes for unloading baggage. Good location just a few minutes from Young central. Recommended.

Beautiful renovation of home. Very peaceful while walking distance to Main Street which was a major plus. Slept very well. Lovely outdoor back area and sun-trap on front porch. Nice and private. We were out and about a lot and only there for a short stay but would be very comfortable staying there for a longer period and would definitely book again.

Beautiful quiet place with lovely views. Host Peter and Julie were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Two great books in the stone house describing the history of their farm. Simple kitchen with an excellent deck area with a bbq and firepit. Great place to watch sky at night and enjoy a glass of local red wine.
