Comfortable 42m2 with a partially covered terrace. In the garden: sandpit, swing and slide. A plot of approx. 800 m2, fenced on 3 sides. The unfenced side is adjacent to our year-round home. Cozy and modern studio located 12minutes by tram from Warsaw city center and 7minutes from National Stadium. Great transport spot. Bus from main Chopin airport stops 3meters (!) from main building entrance. At guests disposal comfortable, new folding sofa (140-210 cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony. One of the best AirBnB stays we’ve stayed at! We felt at home at this wonderful quiet location where we’ve had amazing walks with our dog in the surrounding area. Michael was kind & responded very quickly if we’ve had a question. The house itself: everything from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the work room was great. Fast internet with 0 problems. A big recommendation to stay here at Michael’s location if you’re in Poland!

Jakub’s cottage is beautiful, perfectly located 40 min from Warsaw, and with shops nearby. The barbecue is very nice and ready to be used. We liked the fact that there were 2 fridges, so space was never an issue. The beds are comfortable and clean linings are provided. Overall a very nice place to stay for a few nights! The only minus I would say is the water that comes out yellowish, but clean enough to wash ourselves and the dirty dishes.
