Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Welcome to the sunny island of Usedom! Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers a lot of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the Imperial period. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly furnished. There are 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
