The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. Located in the bottom level of a beautifully landscaped home adjacent to a park and only a 10 minute walk to downtown Wolfville restaurants and shopping district. Lovely outdoor seating areas and within a 10 minute drive of 6 wineries. Quiet neighbourhood (but nearby waterpark can be noisy some days during hot summer days). Access is via natural stone walkway. Steps are uneven and are not suitable for someone with mobility issues.
