You enter through our courtyard into a large kitchen open to the living room. A hallway leads you to the shower room as well as to a room with a child's bed and then to a large bedroom with a queen-size bed. We can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.

The independent studio is located in the courtyard of our house, it is bright, quiet and in an environment where nature is present: garden, birds, while being close to the city center. In summer you can enjoy the garden. There is a double bed in the main room (160 x 190) and a futon bed (140 x 200) for 2 people (children preferably in a mezzanine) The cathedral square is an 8-minute drive away. In the nice neighborhood of old Cronenbourg, 2 minutes from the Saint Florent tram, brand new studio with real sleeping area. Please note, the studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as you have to climb a staircase to access it, you have to duck down at the top of the stairs (beam) and the sleeping area is only accessible by a small ladder (photo). Accommodation located 10 minutes from the historic center by tram!
