Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, within walking distance of the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Also train station and city center are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers opportunities for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places of interest (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. The vacation at Irene's was pure relaxation for us! It is a beautiful and exceptionally clean apartment. All electrical appliances look like they've just been bought. Due to the large terrace glass front, the apartment is flooded with light and at the same time you can perfectly darken the rooms thanks to outdoor blinds, which is essential for our sleep if it is to be restful. The apartment is fully furnished, nothing is missing. There are books, games, a large Brio train, even a record player and a piano. The terrace is large and the garden for shared use is wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is also equipped with everything your heart desires. Irene and her husband are also very sweet and attentive hosts. If we come back to the area, it is clear to all 4 of us where we will try to get accommodation and we can only highly recommend the stay at Irene's.

The newly renovated bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower, enclosed by glass panels. A vanity with a large mirror offers practical storage, complemented by a decorative potted plant. Soft lighting enhances the neutral tones and textures of the walls and flooring.

We were looking for a place to stay for a spontaneous short trip to the countryside and found exactly what we were looking for at Guido and Cerstin's. It is a quiet place, which was nice for us, but by car you can also quickly get to the small villages in the area that have something to offer culturally, as well as paths for hiking or walking. The cozy one

Even the communication in advance was very pleasant. Friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment was super nicely decorated and absolutely clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very cozy. There are pots of different sizes and enough (very nice) dishes. The flexible check-in/check-out was easy thanks to the lockbox. The hostess even gave us a jar of jam as a small welcome gift!! Andrea gave us several tips for activities, including the café opposite and we can only pass on this recommendation! Otherwise, the apartment is in a rather remote location, which, however, still has bus connections. This means you can quickly get to the countryside :) All in all, we had a super pleasant and cozy short trip in this really nice apartment and can only recommend it!!
