Loved the house and the stay. Road back there is a little rough. The table in the kitchen, and floor underneath were sticky from what looked like a soda pop spill of some sort that was just missed in cleaning. Not a big deal; would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

We were so happy and felt right at home in the Bear Villa. Gorgeous view from the front porch, perfect for morning coffee sippin. Very clean and well kept. Incredibly cozy inside with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The community was quiet and respectful. Absolutely no complaints, so happy we got to spend our time here.

Absolutely beautiful weekend getaway for us. We loved this home and Patrick makes everything easy, from check-in to check out. Amazing amenities and little touches of things you might have forgotten or need are right there ready for you. Beautiful area and really close to the lake for a hiking and nature weekend. When we checked in to the house, there were local maps and lists of local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Great star and lightning bug watching views at night. Very peaceful! Very friendly rv campsite next door, that was very quiet and friendly. Local recommendations are Charlie’s Hot Buns, The Market, and Sweetwater.

What a beautiful and tranquil hidden gem! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. It’s plenty secluded to give you the privacy you need and 15 minutes from a good area with cell service. I’d highly recommend and will stay again in a heartbeat!
