This spacious vacation home is located on the edge of a small charming Mecklenburg village and offers those seeking relaxation a lot of peace. The house was completely newly built with a lot of love for detail. With natural materials such as wood and clay plaster, we have paid attention to a healthy indoor climate. The wooden beam ceiling gives the house a spacious, airy room experience. Centrally, a large dining table can accommodate 10 people. All around are 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

The vacation rental is located in a small, quiet village in the Kleinseenplatte in the southeast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in the immediate vicinity of the Feldberger Seenlandschaft and the Uckermark. The region is characterized by a variety of small lakes, forests, and fields. Here you will find peace and relaxation, both in the accommodation and in the surrounding area, nature as far as the eye can see, beautiful paths for walks and bike rides as well as a variety of birds.

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Apartment for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. IMPORTANT: Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pillows and blankets are there, it's just about the bed linen, sheet size: 160 x 200. On request, we could provide linen packages, the costs of €20/person would have to be paid separately in advance. The apartment is on the ground floor. On the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also partly used privately in summer. See the notes below.

Knehden is idyllically located in a protected natural area, about five kilometers from Templin. In the area, not only cranes breed, but also sea eagles and ospreys. In addition, with a bit of luck you can discover otters, beavers and colorful kingfishers. The spectacle of the crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

The apartment consists of a combined living / kitchen area, a bedroom, as well as a small bathroom. The separate entrance to the apartment is via the terrace, which can also be shared. The apartment can accommodate couples or a small family. On request, a baby travel crib can be set up. For longer stays, the use of a washing machine can be arranged.
