You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Steffenshagen is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the oldest German Baltic Sea resort Heiligendamm. Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

On our family-run vacation property, you have the opportunity to spend your vacation in 10 apartments in our country house. Each apartment has its own terrace, grills are available. You can explore the entire Baltic Sea coast via very good bike paths. The baker for fresh rolls is around the corner. 2 very nice beaches, supermarkets, restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, cities for strolling.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Hof Rabenstein near the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

From this centrally located accommodation you are in no time at all the important places. The property is located in a terraced housing estate. You have a separate entrance. Parking is available on our property. There is also a small terrace in the garden. It is only 10 minutes to the beach, the marina and the city. There is also very good shopping nearby. To get to the surrounding area there is a good connection to bus and train/Molly.
