The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This gorgeous home is incredibly spacious, boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchen areas, and is filled with Victorian charm at every corner. It's located in the heart of Lancaster County less than 10 minutes from the local attractions and is perfect for your next getaway or even an extended family trip. There's a beautiful wrap around porch and wonderful backyard for summer months. And just in case you plan to work from home there's strong wifi and plenty of workspaces throughout the home.

The Barn at Legacy Manor is newly remodeled and is a unique and luxurious stay. The main living area has brick floors throughout and each full bathroom has heated floors. The large great room has a 10 ft wide fireplace with a propane burning open log set, and surrounding balcony. The kitchen is spacious and has lots of natural light. There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The shared yard on the other side of the parking lot fence has a putting green, fire pit area, and a kids play set.

The Kings Touch is right in the heart of Amish Country. You can sit on the front porch and watch the Amish Buggies go by or watch as they work in the fields. We are two miles away from Outlet shopping, Dutch Wonderland, The American Music Theater and within a ten minute drive of Sight and Sound Theater. During your stay look for amish roadside stands. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well. We are in the heart of the tourist area and we hope you love it as much as we do!

This place was a great stay for a local wedding. Had a great time. Listing exactly like the pictures even bigger of a space. The bed was really comfortable and nice shower. Jodie was wonderful and so kind to offer suggestions of places in the area and make sure we were settled in alright. 10/10 would come back!

Rosa's place was AMAZING!!! Definitely at the top of our list of Airbnb's. I would give her a place a 10 star rating if went that high! Everything was SUPER CLEAN and clutter free!!! Would definitely recommend this place if you need to stay near this location!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a warm hug — cozy, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Every corner of the home was inviting and clearly cared for with love. The space is beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotless. The cozy atmosphere made it so easy to relax, and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The kitchen was a dream — spacious, bright, and fully equipped with every utensil and gadget we could ever need, along with a great selection of tea and coffee. Families will especially appreciate the thoughtful extras: a lovely selection of toys and books for kids (kept our toddler busy for hours) extra blankets for snuggling, and little details throughout that made us feel right at home. Every part of our stay had clearly been designed with care and intention. The hosts are kind, responsive and available to address any questions while enco

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors, and we could barely hear the family upstairs. The host was kind and very responsive whenever I reached out. Yes, you can hear their bird at times, but it’s no different than hearing birds outside, honestly, I found it calming. I stayed with my 15 year old son and 10 month old twins, and we had more than enough space. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for this summer!

We had such a lovely time (with young children of 2 years old) there! The house is beautifully renovated and sparkly clean. The location is perfect for a vacation in Lancaster County, PA. The amenities are top notch and easy to use. Kayla has been super responsive to every question we have through out the process. The children had a great time and we will for sure be back!

Absolutely beautiful spot, close enough to 'town' (such as it is in quiet Bird In Hand) but far enough to hear only the clop-clop-clop of Amish carriages going by. The house is wonderful, surprisingly large, perfectly clean, well laid out and stocked. The back yard is really something else, very nice hot tub, excellent space for our kids to run wild, and a fire pit I'm anxious to try on our next visit. Which will hopefully be soon. Ben & Sadie couldn't have been more helpful and kind, and responded immediately to our every question. If you're looking for a spacious house in this area, look no further, this place is amazing. Very much looking forward to staying again.
