Vacation rentals with a patio in Winthrop

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Christin is an exceptional host and this property is really special. Spacious, and incredibly well-appointed with a playful mid-century modern vibe. The deck boasts a lovely view and this beautiful space was just what we needed during a hectic, family event-driven visit to the area. Christin is super-communicative and considerate host who anticipates guests’ every need—and then some! From a well-stocked kitchen to her list of local go-tos for food, drink, pampering and fun, she provided it all before we even thought of it. There was even a bottle of celebratory bubbly chilling in the fridge when we arrived. A top Airbnb experience!

J Lucky’s place was just as described! Walking distance to some delicious restaurants and easy to get on the busses for public transportation! We would love to stay here every time we’re in Boston!

Huanan’s appt in Beacon Hill was just perfect! We loved the neighborhood - so charming and close to everything including the train. The space was clean and tidy on a quiet street. We would definitely recommend to others visiting Boston. Also, Huanan is responsive and accommodating. Thanks again.

Beautiful place! Would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well and replied back with any question I had within the hour. He recommended spot hero for parking that was so easy and worked out really well. We used uber to get into the city, was around 10-minute trip. Not bad at all! Will stay here again when coming to Boston!

Great location. The best part is the small, local grocery stores. The italian bakery and small restaurants were amazing. A short walk to a beautiful pier park with playground. There is a ferry to downtown at the pier and a Tall Ship restaurant with great variety. Be aware the older sidewalks and stairs can be tricky and the school can be noisy. The airport can be noisy, but is perfect when you're flying in because it's so close. We used rideshare but the subway is close enough and across from a Dunkin Donuts for a quick breakfast. Although the small neighborhood deli has breakfast sandwiches too. Pots and pans and cups and coffee were available as well as plenty of clean sheets, towels and blankets. Thank you! Highly recommend for family of 5!

Such a lovely place! The host provided plenty of suggestions for our stay. The common areas were great for relaxing. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed and more. The outdoor patio was quiet and private. The neighborhood was very cute! There was plenty of parking available. We were only a 20 min walk from downtown Salem. The host communicated very clearly regarding all necessary details. Check in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great! Only 1/2 mile walk to downtown! Close to grocery store and great pizza from Mandee’s. The house was very clean and comfortable having modern conveniences while keeping its historic charm. Barry was a great host too! Will definitely rent here again as my son is starting Salem State in the fall.

We had a fantastic stay at Johnny’s place. The house is great - comfortably enough space for a family of 4 and well configured, well-located 5 mins walk from great coffee shops and restaurants in Charlestown and only 20 mins walk from the North End and central Boston. Johnny was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Oddays place was wonderful. They have plenty of amenities for guests. It’s an older house, but a very nice older New England home. We enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation we would give is for there to be a laminated card with the wifi name and password, as we didn’t locate it until the last evening of 3 nights there. It was on the Airbnb app but not very clear about how to get the password. That’s our only suggestion as there were older folks in the home as guests and they didn’t have access to the app. Thank you for hosting your Airbnb to us! We would stay again in any future trips to that area.

Greg was very nice to set up a welcome message for us and leave some candles on the counter for my kids. It has a lot of space, 3 bedrooms 1 big living room and kitchen, lots of furnitures and storage too. We were also given the permission to enjoy their lovely backyard, swing and the slides.

We took my daughter and her friend for her senior trip and had a wonderful time! The convenience to Salem, Concord and Boston really made our trip spectacular! Thank you for the wonderful stay and checking on us to make sure we had everything we possibly needed!

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

The house was great: clean, well furnished, comfortable and the spaces were all well proportioned. We had a great stay. Check -n and and check-out was super simple and very easy.

Gia is a fantastic host! She is so sweet, and was very accomodating. She was quick to respond, and very informative. Her place was perfect, and cozy. The pictures are exactly how it looks inside. It is very well kept, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. She supplies everything that you will need! It was a super convenient location to get to Downtown Boston and also not a long drive to Gillette Stadium. We loved the place and would stay there again if we return back to Boston!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Very comfortable unit for our family of four. Has everything we need and great location—close to great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and (most importantly) ice cream!

This is my second time staying at The Salem Porch House. Alex is an exemplary host. She is warm and friendly and that reflects in the extra touches at the house. Comfortable, clean and convenient, I highly recommend Alex’s place when staying in Salem.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again
