Monthly Rentals in Winterville

Carnita’s place was wonderful. It was nice and cozy and very clean and comfortable. I was in love with the standing shower and decor! The smell of the bedding and pillows was amazing! Only downfall is of neighbors multiple dogs constant barking while you’re coming and going, didn’t really hear them any other time. I understand this isn’t Carnita issue so I’m not blaming, the place was great! We would stay again!

Had been curious about staying in an RV overnight. At my age, the idea of just getting an RV and hitting the road has appeal. This one was very nice. Comfortable. Enough space to make moving around easy. Every question I had was answered quickly. Was happy to stay there. Would recommend this to friends.

LOVED The Coop! With two girls at UGA, I’ve booked many overnight stays in and around Athens. Sherre’s place is my new favorite! The Coop is so beautifully decorated and it’s surroundings so peaceful. We were greeted by chickens and Teddy, Sherre’s handsome cat. You’re going to love it, too. Especially, the porch! The Coop is the place for you, if you enjoy friendly hosts, homemade banana bread with chocolate chips, bright & happy decorated spaces, and pure tranquility. Can’t wait to return!

I'm going to be honest, I live in Athens and booked this for my cousins coming in from out of town. Never saw the place. But my cousins said it was nice. She sent a message about biscuits and honey being available. That seems like more than nice. That's incredible.
