"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment "Schleiblick" offers a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and Schlei. Spread over two levels, it includes a light-flooded living room on the 1st floor with fireplace and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. A large south-facing terrace with teak furniture allows for relaxing hours. The attic offers two bedrooms, a spa bath and impressive water views. The beach is only 300 m away, and there is a private parking space.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach.
