This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

Max and Ray were absolutely incredible. The unit was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Instructions were easy. Not too many check out instructions. The unit is secured by two guards at all times. You must have any guests added to your stay and they need a pass to get in. You may only have three vehicles on site, which is completely understandable and i appreciated the high security, as it made us feel safe 24/7. I’d 100% stay at this site again. Thanks Max and Ray!

We loved the location. The home was in a safe place and we found it to be clean. We especially liked that they preferred no shoes inside.

Absolutely recommend Nick’s place for a relaxing and peaceful place away from the busy park area. We had plenty of space and it was very clean with everything we needed. Nick was very warm and welcoming and his communication was very much appreciated! We would 100% return for another stay!

We had such a great time staying at Randy’s place for a short family vacation to Disney! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the space was PERFECT. Each of our girls had their own room and there were 2 pack-n-plays available for use. There were plenty of towels for using the plunge pool out back (which was pretty warm!) as well as showering. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to make dinner for 1 night and breakfasts on the go. Best of all, Disney was a pretty quick drive, as well as Publix and other stores we needed during our trip. GREAT value for the money for a small group! Randy was super nice and provided very helpful information. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, close to Walmart, gas station, highways, and restaurants. Host provided very detailed check in instructions and pictures accurately depicted the home.

Took our grandkid to Disney World & Universal Orlando. This was our first experience with a closed community Airbnb designed around resort visits. Lots are available but this community (which includes a community center with video games., kids activities and water slides) and other amenities and a very tasteful decor. The place is well put together. Would recommend. P.S. There’s lots to do for kids at the unit and the community center so save yourself a days worth of Disney passes and let them hang out here.

This place is brand new - great location and very clean house. The themed rooms for the kids are INSANE; our little one didn't want to leave. The oven/stove didn't work, so plan on eating out if you stay here unless they change that out. The Playstation 5's weren't set up yet either, but we got a great deal so it all evened out 👍🏼

This is a great place to stay if you have kids. The house had toys, books, a really cool bunk bed. My grandson loves it. There is so much to do in the development. The area is close to all the parks. I would stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was great!! Our group was two families, 4 adults and 3 kids total. The house was huge and had lots of space for everyone! Super clean, looks just like the photos. The house is stocked with everything you need for traveling with young children. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet and super family-friendly. You can walk to the resort in 5 mins, which was a lot of fun. Jennifer was very friendly and always quick to respond. We had no issues and I would absolutely recommend this place to any large group or family looking for a great place to stay!

We had an amazing time! The home was spotless, comfortable, and felt very safe—which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The kids had an absolute blast at the water park and could have stayed there all day. The location is perfect—just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and other local attractions, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet at night, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely plan to come back again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway!

We had a great stay at Thiago's place, which has a fun Disney themed children's room that the kids loved. We also loved that the kids had their own little table in the living room, which they used allot. Convenient that there are two bathrooms and a kitchen. The resort is nice and very close to the Disney parks, which is perfect if you are visiting the parks. It's also close by to Walmart and gas station. Overall a great stay in a great apartment, very suitable for a family of 4 to 5 people. Would recommend!

Excellent location within community and is an easy walk to the pool. Kids loved the Star Wars room and the bunk beds were very sturdy.

This place was just what we needed! Clean, comfortable and private. Just what you need whether you are spending a day by the pool or a day at Disney/Universal. We did not need much during our stay but anytime before and after our stay that I had a question, Courtney was very responsive. The extra amenities like high chair and stroller really assisted our stay as well so we didn’t need to bring from home. My daughter absolutely loved the toy story room and now wishes she had one at home.. lol. Will definitely stay again in the future when planning trips to the Orlando theme parks.

Booked a last min stay for my family of 6 including 5 yr daughter and 2 yr old son as well as my in laws. The place was overall perfect for us! It was clean, spacious and comfortable; we felt right at home with how well appointed and stocked everything was (probably the most stocked for any place I’ve ever rented). The hosts truly thought of every need a family traveling with children may have! The hosts were kind, friendly and accommodating with allowing us to extend our stay an extra day and also offered a flexible check out so we could enjoy the awesome amenities before heading out. We loved the pool/water park; it was so convenient to be able to order yummy food and drinks for lunch at the pool. The condo was located 15-20 min from Magic Kingdom which easily allowed us to head back from the park each day for a midday nap - perfect timing given the 90+ temps. We were only 20 min from Disney Springs. The Walmart was super close too! Def recommend and will be back for future stays!

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . It Felt like home away from home. Mrs.Mary place was sunshine after the rain Thanks for saving my vacation I will be recommending you to another who wants a fabulous place to stay while on vacation

We had such a wonderful time staying here, I can’t even begin! We love the place, it was ideal for six people five adults and one child. We love the pool! It was probably the best pool I’ve ever seen, and it was warm! The little café near the pool was ideal for our lunchtime group, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were about 10 to 15 minutes away from the Disney parks, there’s a Walmart just down the street, there’s restaurants five minutes away, and plenty to do right here at this location. My grandson enjoyed the activities for the kids. He did a make a button, and sand Art!We would hope to definitely stay there again someday!

Perfect place if you have infants and/or toddlers! Tons of baby and kid friendly items (walker, small stroller, step stools, tons more). These items made it so much easier to pack light. The splash pad/water park area is also great for little kids. Definitely recommend staying here!
