We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

I can't say enough about how wonderfully Jeffery's house fit our needs! Being able to bring two families together was a tall order; here we all had all the space we needed to be comfortably together and separate. The pool and pool table were big hits! And I have seldom stayed at a place so clean and updated. We could not have been happier!

Hannah’s place was great for us to spend a few days in Longmont. The location was close to hikes and everything we wanted to do. Her guidebook was very helpful and we went to Summit Tacos more than once! So good! We got to enjoy the hammock for relaxation but didn’t get to use the firepit although we appreciated that we had it as an option. The record player was a nice touch that we haven’t seen in other places and we enjoyed spinning records when getting ready for the day. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Adam was a great host! During our stay we had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly! We loved how spacious our place was and that everything we needed was available to us.

Cinthia and Erika’s house was a perfect base camp for mine and my husbands side of the family for our wedding weekend. Direct family on both sides were all able to spend the night in one place and use it as a base camp for all of the planning and last minute projects. We were also able to have some of our wedding party over to play some games in the game room so they felt like they were able to spend some real time with us during our wedding weekend. They had everything we needed for our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place.

Beautiful house and in a great location. The house hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. The host was very responsive and drove from Denver to clean himself. He was very apologetic. Otherwise, everything was great and the house was very large and stocked with great amenities. We had a great stay.

Great and very accommodating

Enjoyed staying at Paige’s house during our trip to Colorado for a family wedding. My family, my two brothers’ families and my parents all stayed comfortably here. The view was amazing and made it feel less like a neighborhood. Kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of extra sheets and towels. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The Buc-ee’s down the road made it feel more like Texas 🤠

Nice quiet place to stay. Not a bad commute to CSU in Fort Collins (20-25 minute drive). Host was responsive to question and addressed issues in a timely manner. Would defiantly stay here again!

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

This house was exactly as it was described in the listing. Nice quiet culdesac with a private backyard. House was nicely arranged and was very clean.

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Andi’s place. The house is super cute with a prime location. We loved walking to downtown Loveland each day to enjoy the coffee shops and restaurants. The house is also only a block away from 2 amazing parks / playgrounds that were a huge hit with our toddler and baby. Andi was an amazing host! Super communicative and response to make sure all our needs were met. She even had a brand new baby gate and blender delivered to us for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved Dan's place. Lots of space, very comforting in it's appearance and feel. Unique set up being that it's a mobile home on an open space that allows for great views of farmland. Very peaceful place, but close enough to the highway to be able to get to what you need. Family stayed here for a graduation and we will be returning next year for another and will plan to stay at Dan's again!

The cozy craftsman is a great place to stay and Debbie is an amazing host! She was super responsive, welcoming, and helpful! The house is very nice and conveniently located in a pretty area.

Some of our extended family stayed at Adam's place as we had two houses to accommodate all. They were at first concerned that it appeared to be a basement apartment but were very pleased once entering. With small garden windows the space is bright. My sister-in-law described it as one of the nicest (finely appointed) Air B&Bs she's stayed in. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything (utensils, pots, pans, spices, dishes, soaps, towels, even cotton pads, dental floss and snacks) one could need, more so than the other place we rented. If it weren't for the stairs and older relatives, we would have gathered here more as the kitchen and table were larger as well. Bedrooms were clean and well-appointed. Adam sent recommendations of things to do when we booked but we didn't have a lot of time to explore Loveland as we were there for the CSU graduation. It was an easy drive to campus.

We so enjoyed our stay at Diana’s place! It was so comfortable with everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful! We would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you Diane!

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! We were staying as two couples & the private bathrooms connected to each bedroom was wonderful & there is a half bath on the first floor!! The full kitchen was awesome, we could easily cook meals & prepare coffee in the morning! Unbelievably clean & comfortable! Easy access to the garage & direct access to the Condo from the attached garage! The Condo had everything you could need!! Everything was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again!
