The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

We stayed a week. Check in was easy and precise, Walter is a friendly person who gave us lots of advice on the beaches and how to get around in general. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. We perceived and experienced the authenticity of the place and the friendliness of the local people. Also 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Tarpum Bay, we saw beautiful sunsets. It was a beautiful week. I recommend it and we will return.

This was our 8th trip to Eleuthera together so we were very familiar with this particular area. We were very happy there with the house and each other. The exterior photos of the house were sub-par on-line. But I was amazed to see how mold and algae free all of the exterior surfaces were. This house has been well taken care of inside and out. The effort that has been put into the landscaping was obvious and much appreciated.

The most beautiful and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. My girlfriend and I had the most wonderful time at Sarah’s place. She was awesome to communicate with, adjusting her schedule to make sure she met us when we arrived. The house itself was the perfect space for us, we cooked almost every meal in the kitchen. She has everything you need to prepare an amazing meal! The location you can’t beat, you’ve got lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. You’re also right in the middle so the drive if you want to go north or south isn’t so bad. It’s truly a special place and we definitely recommend staying at Sarah’s Place. Anytime we come back we know where we’re staying!
