The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Japanese-style bedroom: fixed mattress 160 x 200 cm on Tatami mats (without slatted base), which lie on a 35 cm raised platform. Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. The "Spielberg-Lodge" is a stylish & modern furnished apartment with oak parquet and underfloor heating for max. 2 people. It has a separate entrance and is only 20 minutes by car from Freiburg in the countryside and invites you to relax. But also the big cities of Basel (Switzerland) & Strasbourg (France) are easily reached within an hour by car, as well as Europa-Park in Rust as well as the Black Forest, Vosges & Kaiserstuhl.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
