Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Winchester

Will book again! Thanks to Jodie I had a fabulous location for my best friend’s wedding at centennial house. It is a short walk- 3 or so houses down. I appreciated the seclusion of the chateau with the convenience of central campus but most importantly- located RIGHT on Abbo’s Alley Trail head closest to the football field. A short walk to see the horses and to take a swim in Lake Cheston! We felt so lucky to be here and it made the wedding weekend incredibly easy! This Airbnb has all you need so you can pack light!

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Great place to stay for the wedding we attended at Twin Creeks. Close to everything. Walnut Hill is great for coffee every morning. We would stay here again.

A very peaceful place to stay! Very close to things I enjoy doing - hiking, learning about the area. The guest house was very clean and I felt at home with the comfortable furniture and bed. The four-leggeds, Ginger and Belle, came to visit every day which was treat for me. I highly recommend this guest house and Tammy and Jo as hosts.

Becky and Russell were amazing hosts! Their hospitality really shined, as Becky provided clear and easy instructions for check-in, unexpected treats, and helpfulness in every way. They also provided extremely fast response on an issue with the washing machine, which was malfunctioning due to a lightning storm. She and Russell went out the same day and bought a new washer/dryer set. They really showed how much they care about their guest’s experience! This is such a beautiful, modern and comfortable space in a peaceful, wooded region. I really enjoyed staying here! Thank you!!

The place was perfect. It was so clean and comfortable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. We ran into so much traffic and the road we were on to their house was unexpectedly closed due to a fallen tree. Anyway it was 10:30 and she was messaging us trying to help. We couldn’t find the house because it was pitch black out, so she came outside at that time to help us. She even had the pullout bed ready for us because she knew we were going to be arriving later. Which meant a lot to me because we had been in the car for 15 hours with 2 young kids

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The property was spotless, with plenty of hot water for comfortable showers. The gated community provided an added sense of security, and the management company was always available to promptly address any questions or concerns. Their attentive service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, safety, and excellent support. 

Lovely home, perfect for me and my toddler. He especially loved the bunk bed room. Plenty of towels, good coffee marker and nice bedding. Communication with the owner was pleasant and clear. I’d recommend and would stay at this home again.

This place was exactly as listed and was very comfortable and cozy! The location was great and we had a great time staying here with my family 😊

What a wonderful place in an amazing small town on a mountain… just a short trip to restaurants and golf and the university and also The Caverns music venue! We will do it again! Thanks Nathan

Great location, on the water with dock and only 5 min walk to a grocery store or 10 minutes to square with restaurants, movie theatre, etc. Would stay again!

This was a great place. The boat ramp was super close and the covered boat dock was great. The house was clean with plenty of room for my mom's 70 birthday celebration and Memorial Day (the 9pm neighborhood curfew would have been nice to know prior to booking but we made it work). The description and pictures were exact as shown and described. We are definitely gonna to book again in the near future. Great job Derek!!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. This home was absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!! The night sky was stunning!! I booked this house to hold off my bridesmaids the night before my wedding. We all got around and told stories about how each one knew me and why I love them. We sat at the table and made our bouquets it was so much fun!! The host has been absolute fantastic!! She helped me find my girls glasses and ones of their fiancé’s rings. She has been absolute amazing during this whole trip. I would always recommend staying with her!!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great as it is close to hiking areas, restaurants, and Chattanooga without being too busy! The house itself was beautiful inside and out. It was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with anything we could have needed. The hot tub was extremely nice and clean. It was very spacious. The sound of the interstate was not bad once you got inside and if you are a light sleeper, David provided ear plugs and white noise machines to cover the sound of the interstate. However, the interstate sounds should not deter you from this stay because the house, host, and location are all excellent and outweigh the noise. 100% recommend and will be staying here again.

Beautiful lake view. Nice outdoor living space with TV for sports enthusiasts which I was traveling with. Take golf cart to the marina for happy hour and standard bar fare. Nice neighborhood!
