Hotel vacation rentals in Winchester

To be fair…i was pretty much sold after I saw the pictures, however once I got to the location it was even more beautiful. The pictures does no justice for how much more breathtaking the view really is. Mind u, I was sold off viewing the pictures. I would pay to have a view of the mountains vs the strip. It was pure bliss. It was spacious and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and right around the corner from everything. Highly recommended and definitely worth the visit. Will definitely be going back.

My friends and I came to Las Vegas for EDC, this was a great location for a long weekend. The room was spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. Plenty of space in the room and it was very clean. We were located in one of the towers attached to the MGM Grand. So we had access to all of the pools and amenities! We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this space.

the room was very accommodating,very clean, location was perfect. Han was very polite and would answer my question right away. The valet service was amazingly kind and polite as well as the service people, would highly recommend this place

Great host. There were some issues with the reserved dates of stay but she made it right which is what you want.

- Wonderful house with an awesome view. - Ricky was really nice and very friendly. I stayed here with my parents as we were visiting Vegas. Everyone enjoyed the stay and a had great time. I would recommend this studio to everyone who is looking for a peaceful place with a wonderful view and a friendly host.

Great place to stay on a budget. My friends loved the pools available for them, especially the 24/7 one. Not a bad walk from the strip, it’s about 15 minutes.

My favorite place to stay in Vegas - linked directly to the MGM Grand but feels like you are on a different planet (a calm and peaceful one!). Parking is a breeze, rooms are large and well appointed. Loved having two bathrooms and a balcony and fridge. I appreciated access to a separate pool and workout facility and all of the staff was fabulous. Cynthia provided excellent directions and was always responsive and accommodating.

Great host and very easy to work with. The place was just as described and I would highly recommend there Airbnb if you are traveling to Vegas!

The apartment was great. Really clean, full of amenities you don't get at hotels but really want. Fully equipped kitchen great seating area, awesome huge bathroom + powder room. Love staying at MGM signature in these Penthouse Suites.

Had a great day at Paul’s place. The condo is very stylish with a generously sized rooms and bath bigger than some spas I have been to. Just a short walk to the MGM and other attractions, it was a great value compared to other area properties. I’d be happy to stay there again.

The location is fantastic! Very private since it’s part of a hotel condo—regular MGM guests don’t have access to this side, which makes it feel more exclusive and quiet. That said, we were still able to enjoy the main MGM amenities like the lazy river and other facilities, which was a great perk. Free valet parking was also a huge plus. Karin was excellent with communication and very responsive throughout our stay—much appreciated! There are just a couple of things I want to point out for future guests and the host. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable—you can really feel the springs, and it likely needs to be replaced. The main bed also has noticeable divets on both sides of the mattress, which affects sleep quality. When you’re paying rates similar to the main MGM hotel, the sleeping arrangements should be just as comfortable. Just sharing this as honest feedback—if the mattresses were updated, I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was fabulous, absolutely perfect for our travelling family. Loved the location and the highlight for children was the lazy river. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great place close to the strip. The Venetian is within walking distance and has so many great restaurants! We loved the pool and it was convenient being close to the sphere. Would definitely stay again!
