Very comfortable clean apartment! Nothing fancy, but tidy and cute. Convenient to freeway, grocery and shopping. Had one night with loud neighbors, and Rashidat was very helpful and open in addressing this. The rest of our stay was quiet and cozy. Perfect spot to stay with colleagues, as each bedroom felt private and had their own bathrooms.

Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Just enough space, a full kitchen, spacious closet, sturdy bed (I’m a big guy) and balcony. I saw people of all backgrounds on the grounds which is very important to me in today’s political climate. Check-in process was in-person which presented a challenge as I was driving in from LA and checking in very late, but Gina and her assistant went out of their way to accommodate me. At the end of my stay my flight was cancelled and Gina accommodated me for that as well. Overall, lovely clean space, great place to come clear your head or get some alone time in. Gina will make sure you have everything you need. Book it!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Ide is a great host. Loved the two bedroom we were in. Very peaceful area.

I was very impressed with the room, my expectations were definitely met. The location was a walk away from the strip, I didn’t really need to drive once I arrived. The hotel was quiet. I recommend for sure!!!

Qing is excellent, fast responsive, flexible host! The house is very nice, has great CAC system, very roomy, great modern and it's brilliant clean! Nice place to stay with family! I would recommend to rent it!

I’m so grateful I found this place to accommodate my big family during my daughter’s wedding weekend in Vegas. The home had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms, and so much more! Angel was very attentive to our needs, and I truly appreciated his flexibility. Even though the house rules mention no visitors, he kindly allowed my grown grandkids to come visit for a few hours after I asked. That meant a lot to me! The place was spotless, which I really appreciated. My kids and my mother also enjoyed the complimentary K-cups and cereal. Plus, having a Smith’s grocery store within walking distance was super convenient. Thank you, Angel, for helping make this special weekend even better!

Our stay at Tina's place was amazing. She was incredibly communicative and flexible with our arrival time. The place was better than expected. The pool is wonderful to relax in and the covered outdoor furniture gives you flexibility throughout the full day, plus had a newer grill. Also, a few walkable restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores nearby. We recommend Mr. Mama's! While not on the strip, it is not a short drive to many restaurants, the strip, or the airport. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Linda's home was extremely clean, which was one of the reasons I selected it after scouring prior reviews. My travel companions are meticulous when it comes to cleanliness and they were very pleased. Home was as described. Back patio area is lovely and perfect for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Ryan’s place this weekend for my birthday. House was spacious and nice, pool is amazing and relaxing as is the hot tub. Enjoyed the quiet of the backyard and house. Location is Easy to get to strip and other surroundings with Smith grocery down the street. House has all amenities you need. My dogs really enjoyed the back yard also. Ryan is an excellent host and very communicative, we would stay here on our next visit to Vegas.

Had a great stay at Matt’s location. Had great communication with him, when asked if I can check in a bit earlier he made sure to get back to me on a timely manner with a response. The house overall was great! In a quiet, peaceful area. It was clean and very comfortable. Lots of shopping centers/restaurants close by. I would definitely recommends Matt’s home! 10/10

Ashleigh was an amazing host she provided us with everything we needed and more, the place was very clean and a really beautiful view from the balcony we will for sure be going back.

Nat’s place at The Signature was perfect for me and my brother’s getaway. Check in and valet parking was very easy. Our host was very quick to respond to our inquiries. We both slept comfortably in the room. The walk to the strip was quick and easy. The pool was nice and there’s even a lazy river that guests can access. I’d definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Great place to stay!

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

Excellent stay . You won’t find a better suite layout and experience at this value anywhere on or near the strip . You have full access to everything MGM has to offer. The valet service is very fast and friendly .

Very good location to stay for any trip to Vegas. A short walk to all of the main locations and a quick uber anywhere you would like to go. Marie was extremely helpful and always checked it to make sure we had everything we needed.
