Beautiful rustic “Hill Country Modern” home on five acres with a view of our seasonal pond and the valley. My home incorporates the use of outdoor living space unlike any other. The patio and breezeway are integral parts of the usable space. One side of Sunrise House has a large living room with a fireplace and huge windows. The house has top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, a mix of new and curated furniture and decor, and beautiful custom art.
