Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
