The listing was accurate and Susan was very responsive. The house was clean and organized. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The amenities were very good. If we travel back to this area, we would stay here again.

Great place, very clean, great host

Arvilla and Wade were very friendly, communicative, and incredibly welcoming. The house was clean, with clean rooms, fresh bathrooms, and a well-stocked clean kitchen that had everything we needed. The location is perfect - tucked between Saratoga and Lake George, making it easy to explore both areas. The property itself is full of charm, nestled in a quiet neighborhood that offers a laid-back, peaceful country vibe. We especially loved the backyard, which felt like a little farmhouse retreat. They provided a nice grill, and the provided firewood made evenings around the fire even better. A thoughtful touch we really appreciated? Yogurt and eggs waiting for us in the fridge! We truly fell in love with this place. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Kelsi were phenomenal hosts. From answering questions pre-check-in, to a friendly greeting upon arrival, they made our Belmont Stakes weekend one to remember. Their cabin is beautiful and well kept, and their land is scenic - only 12-15 minutes to Saratoga city center. We enjoyed seeing a deer several evenings in the woods, along with their chickens (who lay delicious eggs)! Their "Cozy Cabin" lives up to its name. We look forward to coming back in the future!
