I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

Cozy Basement Apartment (With Private Entrance)

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Spend the evening grilling up your catch, admiring the sunsets, and playing a few games on the pool table. This lake house has fun activities for the whole family to enjoy! Cozy, comfortable and bright, window filled loft apartment overlooking Main Street. This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 5, has one large bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The loft is located on Main Street in historic downtown Hutchinson. Walking distance to little shops, restaurants, bars, the library, the historic movie theatre and others. Less than 2 blocks gets you to the Luce Line Trail along the Crow River.

Enjoy a quiet retreat or a romantic getaway by the fireplace. Spend some time by the lake enjoying the fresh air and wildlife, or reconnect with family around the table playing games. Our cabin is the perfect place to re-energize and reconnect.
