Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Williamstown Lake

We LOVED our stay at the Old Home Place. It accommodated all of our family with plenty of space. Eric was responsive and helpful. The home and yard was wonderful for all of the kids along with a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee on the back deck overlooking the pond. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

We had our family reunion at this place. Ages 1-90 enjoyed gathering at this property.

We booked this place as a last minute replacement after for our last stop on our way home. This was just what we needed that last night. It was private, peaceful, enough for beds for our family of six, and it was only about 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter, which we visited the next day. Would 100% book again!! Thank you!

Marie's place was perfect. A group of us came to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter for my birthday. The beds were comfy, very clean, fire pit was relaxing and great communication. The only downside I had was the shower pressure. I tried different settings on the shower head, but the pressure was still low, and it was hard to rinse out the shampoo for us ladies. This is the bathroom near the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. Thank you again!

Cute, clean, beautiful and quiet location. Near Ark Encounter, close to a few small towns for meals etc. Beds were very comfortable and house was super clean. Kitchen has bare bones basics, JUST the basics... no sharp knives, no serving bowls and minimal baking dishes (1 9x13, a muffin pan and a cookie sheet) One bathroom on first floor is a Jack and Jill style which is ONLY accessible THROUGH the bedrooms so if someone stays up late in living room or is using the upstairs bedroom there is no access to lavatory without going through a first floor bedroom...a bit of a drawback for some groups perhaps...we worked it out but wanted others to know the situation. The property is lovely country setting and house is well cared for and updated.

My husband and I and our five kids enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It was clean, tastefully furnished, and had comfortable beds. The immediate area was very much in the city with houses very close together. Chris was very responsive to my messages. Overall, for the amazing price, it was a great place for us to stay a couple nights.

We LOVED our stay at The Lodge at Riley Farms! It was a beautiful, peaceful location, away from the interstate but not such a long trek that it was cumbersome to get to. We really appreciated how detailed the cleaning of this place was-- not all AirBnBs are made equal with that. Everything was like or better than the photos and our party of 10 had plenty of space inside and out to sleep, eat, play, relax, and roam. The kitchen truly was a FULL kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, and counterspace anyone who cooks full-time would need. It is true that because of the tall ceilings the space feels larger on the inside than the photos depict. It was also nice to have so many windows that easily opened to let in the fresh country air and sunshine. We had notified Jacqalynn of our family's EMF sensitivity and without us asking, she unplugged the WiFi for us before our arrival. We noticed and appreciated this thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We truly felt welcomed.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Perfect location to the Ark Encounter and easy drive to the Creation Museum. Peaceful and full of wildlife. We saw turkeys, rabbits and deer in the backyard! Every evening we would walk to the pond, sit on the bench and listen to the frogs! House is super clean with coffee and snacks available. Sheila is a great host and very responsive to any questions we had! I highly recommend Sheila's place and will stay here again if in the area!

Staying here was perfect. It was well maintained, very clean, and had all the accessories and things you would need while staying there. Additionally, everything was labeled to make it easy to quickly begin feeling at home there. All the instructions are excellent as well. Loved it!

I took a chance on a low priced listing with no reviews, and boy am I glad I did!!! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet! The beds were amazing as well! Next time I stay in the area this place will be my first choice to stay for sure!!!!

We loved our time at the Gopher Wood cabin! It was a great spot to unwind after our busy days at the Ark Encounter (20 min drive) and the Creation Museum (1 hour drive). The bird watching was on point and the valley was very peaceful. The place was just like the pictures, and everything was very clean. We would stay there again!

The Lodges were family-friendly and felt like a community. All the facilities were brand new. They were quick to communicate with us and respond to our requests. There is a Dollar General nearby for supplies. Very comfortable facilities. If we go back, this is where we will stay. Thank you

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It’s definitely very private and far away from stores & restaurants so plan accordingly. We only stayed one night but were so sad to leave. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in & all of them were the same great quality. We let the neighbors use the fire-pit, but there was a smaller heater on the porch that was great to pull chairs & hang out by. Everything about this place was perfect!

We had a great time, the place was in secluded area far from noise, except for cows mooing in the distance, birds chirping and wind blowing through the trees...very peaceful. We traveled around the area, when to Paris for lunch. Our dog loved all the room to roam about the property.

The cabin was adorably decorated, especially if you’re visiting the Ark Encounter! Love the view from the backyard-stunning! Great time!

Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in the smaller part of the house (to the right when looking at the house). Super clean house & a very well supplied kitchen. Great patio & grilling area also. Parking area is very steep but it was worth it.

Don’t go try and find it at night. It’s in the boondocks, but it’s great. If you like your privacy, it’s great. Nice country setting access to a creek. They had a nice fire pit or you could even barbecue games for the kids and adults to play, fancy smile soap faces. Lots of free open space to run.
