Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Williamson County

Our family was on a road trip throughout Arkansas and Texas. The Austin area was our last stop, and we ended up staying a few days at this Airbnb. It felt just like home and we were able to finally slow down and catch up on some rest. There were comfortable beds, a nice kitchen (we cooked several meals), washer and dryer to catch up on our laundry. It was also in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the things we wanted to do. Not far from a few waterparks. We drove to downtown Austin several times, as well as Georgetown to check it out (they have a super cute downtown area!). Thanks for a great stay!

The house was spotless and smelled so good as we arrived. Check-in was super easy. Perfect area for fishing. We really appreciated the baby items she left for us to use. That was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed all the modern touches. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This Airbnb was great! It was spot on in the description and would recommend this place to everyone. Such a lovely and relaxing getaway. There is plenty of things to do from playing pickle ball to basketball to swimming in the wonderful pool. You won’t regret coming here!

This was the third time we have stayed at this Flor's place. We have found it to be a great place to stay. Love having the garage door opener available. Flor has always quickly responded to any message. We hope to stay there again in the future.

1000% would recommend. Leigh’s place looked just like the photos and it was like being at home - an instant sigh of relief after a very long drive. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. The home was impeccably clean. Beautiful backyard. My kids loved it, I loved it. Conveniently located. Lovely, quiet street. My son was graduating in Austin and it’s just a short drive from Leigh’s house. My family moved to Georgetown and I’ll be visiting about 4x a year. I’ll be back - wish I could keep this little gem to myself. Thank you, Leigh!

This host was a lifesaver when we unexpectedly needed a one-story rental within a few hours. They responded immediately, and remained responsive throughout our stay. The home has a spacious living area with a large (and extremely well-equipped) kitchen. Everything was clean and smelled nice. And the small back yard is beautifully landscaped. Only one “FYI”: The house is located next to a busy highway; if you have a family member on the autistic spectrum who is noise sensitive, bring their headphones or other coping tools. (Didn’t bother me at all— most people won’t notice.) Our family highly recommends this property!

Zoel's home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was completely fenced, beautiful and very peaceful. We walked the neighborhood and found a peaceful park nearby with a walking path. This is a perfect place for a family with children and or dogs. Zoel gave clear instructions regarding checking in and we didn't have any issues.

We enjoyed staying at the ranch. Cute and friendly critters to interact with. A great location for our needs. Clean and fully stocked with what we needed. Amberle was quick in responding to our questions and needs. We would recommend it.

Great stay. Super modern feel. They made it easy to relax at this place. The only thing is there are no elevators, tough for a stroller going up stairs.. but nothing the owners can do about that of course! Otherwise everything was great 👍🏼 5 stars

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Vickie’s place was an absolute gem! She was extremely accommodating and the bed was honestly the best! She keeps a beautiful garden that was an absolute pleasure I could go on and on!!

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

Marissa was a fantastic host! The apartment was well stocked with the basics and even a few thoughtful touches. It is on the 3rd floor so be aware of the climb, especially if visiting while it’s hot outside. The pool and workout room were a nice perk. There is a very slight scent of old cigarette smoke that is in all apartment complexes if you’ve ever lived in one. These are just the most not-picky things as the stay was great and we’d absolutely stay again. Very accessible and pro tip: exit through the back gate to use the stop light rather than trying to cross the speeding traffic outside the main gate.

My wife and I enjoyed this place for our weekend getaway. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Also, The Island Bar and Grill was great to have in the building. I’ll definitely recommend again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location had beautiful views. Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Great place to enjoy the pool, golf, deer, spa, massage and lake activities. ❤️

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

Exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive. There was an initial rebooking and she proactively found us a comparable and pleasant alternative. The area is great. As we were advised to do, I recommend buying all your groceries in Austin or along the way before you arrive. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and spotless. The deck is amazing. We grilled outside three out of four night. Really enjoyed ourselves.

We loved our stay. Seeing the deer every day was amazing. The condo was clean, has all of your essentials and so much to do around. They were so responsive every time we had a question. We hope to be back!
