Highly recommend Karen’s place! She is a very responsive host and her place was the perfect stay for my friends and I attending a wedding in Franklin. The fenced in backyard was a nice plus for our dog.

Meghan's house was the PERFECT place to stay with kiddos. Mine are 10, 4 and 2 and it gave me such peace of mind to know that the house was organized in a way that they wouldn't be breaking things. The play area with the Nugget was so fun for the kids as well as the backyard with two swing sets. The fact that it also had a dog run, was amazing! The house was super clean and had a binder with helpful information like wifi passwords, checking out, etc. The back porch with the lights was probably my favorite part of the house.

We booked this place as a retirement getaway for a friend. It was economical, clean and within walking distance of what we wanted to do in Franklin. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Paolina was a very communicative host before and during our stay. The house was quaint and while in a bit of an older neighborhood, we felt very safe and were greeted by friendly neighbors. The house is located within a few minutes of both The Factory and downtown Franklin. The listing states a king size bed in the master but felt more like an extra long queen. The living space downstairs is cozy and provided the perfect spot for evening movie and game nights for our family.

Very clean, quiet, plenty if space, loved the kitchen. Pet friendly. Free brekki was 100% worth! Cute pond to walk around. Easy check out, security deposit hold realeased within 24 hours. Located like 20 min from airport so it made catching our flight so much less stressful!

Cassie was very friendly and easy to talk to. She has a very nice personality and we look forward to staying with her in the future.

From the moment I pulled in the drive and stopped to double check the instructions, Selena was right there to help out and make me feel like I had found a long lost relative! If I wasn’t in town to visit my son, I could have sat and enjoyed all the lovely conversations we shared almost endlessly. Never before have I had such fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast at my stay, I am telling ya, she absolutely blew me away with her genuine southern hospitality. The property is breathtaking, and most certainly worth a little stroll about to truly appreciate it all; be ready though, there will be pony snouts that must be joyfully pet as payment along your walk. As a veteran, having direct access to the sauna was only a cherry on top. Hopping into that in the evening, then freshening up in the wonderful little bathroom was a luxury I wanted to bring praise to. I will be returning as much as I can to this haven in the future.

The place was great - lots of different areas - would be great for a large group! We had a little confusion about which area we were staying in but Cassie was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Great place where to stay. It's 30 mins from downtown Nashville, but give you the silence and the peace of the countryside. The woods are amazing and the whole property is gorgeous. Highly suggested to people who -like me- enjoy the town, but need to stay in a quiet place and maybe have morning walks in the woods.

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

Honestly nothing wrong the place. 10/10 will book again when we come visit again

The cabin was just as pictured, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The WI-FI was absolutely reliable, I worked the second week and in a lot of video meetings, it was perfect. The outdoor deck was cute and comfy and very peaceful surroundings. I was alone for the second week and felt very secure in the cabin. The grocery is a half mile down the road and I was pleased to see that they were a full service grocery and carried everything (despite the small town)! Great quality meats and produce too. I tried the Grindstone Cowboy and it was great and easily walkable access. Pam was proactive and responsive ( I couldn't find find the remote for the living room lighting and she responded right away). I would recommend this cabin and hope to stay again sometime.

I experienced a lovely stay here at the cozy cottage, very peaceful. The accomodations were clean and decorated so adorably. I would stay again if I was in the area and everytime I contacted the host she texted me back immediately.

Great place to stay in Nolensville. Couple minutes walk to Mill creek brewery and other restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Airbnb. Accurate description, peaceful and quaint, beautiful decor, great architectural details, beautiful inside and out wonderful views, love the horses, fantastic location, and Ashley had wonderful communication. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a great convenient location and peaceful, quaint serenity. I have never felt more at home at an Airbnb. Ashley was more accommodating than any hostess I’ve ever used. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again. Not to mention the place was spotless clean not one thing out of place. Just absolutely praise this place and loved it. has all the amenities that you would need.

Biff was very kind and pleasant… the perfect host. We were so happy to find this immaculate and beautiful place. In addition to its charm and lovely interior design, it was perfect for our family vacation plans in and around Nashville…And close to our local family in Fairview. We would definitely stay here again.

This air bnb is located in a small white building behind a beautiful old farmhouse that has previously been everything from a restaurant to a winery and is now a coffee shop. It’s the coolest most space accommodating coffee shop I’ve been to. The Air BNB is located in the upstairs of the little white building behind. The rooms were absolutely adorable. The queen size bed is in a private room converted from a couch, and a king bed is in the common room. The air conditioning worked very well. There is a small mini fridge avail, and you can use the bath sink to rinse out your coffee mug. There is a big yard where our family enjoyed relaxing outside and catching lightening bugs after the coffee shop closed, as we had the place to ourselves. There is a great Mexican food truck that served breakfast and lunch located right beside the reserved Air BNB parking spot to the side of the coffee shop. The breakfast tacos ($4.25 each) were great! This host was very accommodating! Thank you!
