Complete with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a fenced in yard, you're welcome to spread out and relax. This lovely home is a primary residence when not being rented on AirBnB. It is cared for with love and attention to detail. Carterville is central to both Carbondale and Marion, and within a 15 minute drive to SIU and the Shawnee National Forest.

Our home offers a park-like setting, including a swing off of the pole barn, firepit, & Charcoal grill. The nicely decorated interior has stained concrete floors, 2 full-size bathrooms-one with a double-head shower and attached closet/laundry room. The master suite has a king size bed w/tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed w/tv. The living/kitchen area is an open concept w/plenty of room for a queen blowup mattress (included). A perfect setting for watching the abundance of wildlife.

The Blue Oasis is steps away from Pyramid Acres Marina and the beautiful Lake of Egypt. Perfect for a fishing or boating weekend with your friends or a weekend getaway with your family. There is one bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out sofa in the living room. Fisherman or boaters can launch their boat at the marina and park their trailer at the house. There is also an option to park your boat in one of Pyramid Acres Marina’s courtesy slips for an add’l fee.
