This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

We live on the property and are available to assist as needed yet value your privacy. Whether for biking, relaxing or going to the Beaver games, this place is for you! The Sun Room shares 1.5 bathrooms and has a full-sized bed. If arranged in advance, all six of our rooms include a personally cooked breakfast for $20/guest/day.

On the edge of the Central Eastside Industrial area- close to downtown and many of Portland's best restaurants and bars. 1 mile from Convention Center. Great for business travelers. Please note, there is no kitchen access, but you do have an electric kettle, microwave and a mini fridge in the room. There is also a lock on the bedroom door.
