We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) This studio has a small kitchenette to warm up meals, a full size fridge, we include some snacks for those late night cravings. A queen size bed, a separate desk and chair to study or work, a couch, smart TV, and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind.

Perfect house for birdwatching artist with studio downstairs off recreation room that has a TV viewing nook and 2nd bathroom. Two bedrooms and bath upstairs with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave Downstairs sink & fridge for easy outdoor dining with propane barbeque. Need car, driveway fits 3 cars. Close to beaches, Tanger Malls, many restaurants, wineries, RR & bus for guests.

You are just a stone’s throw from the beach in this two-guest suit. Beach key provided! This indoor space measures 400 sf but you’ll find it well laid out with twice as much private outdoor space (for you warmer weather travelers). Older reviews are from 4 years ago and pre renovation, we are refreshed. Feel free to roam the rest of the 1/3 acre property of rolling hills, old growth trees, a hammock house, tree swings on the hill, and water views from the driveway.
