The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Discover an extraordinary tranquility and warmth in the clay-plastered dyke sheep house of the dyke rabbit farm. Here you can watch the sheep on the dike from the kitchen table and enjoy the soothing course of the Jümme from the bed. On cold days, in addition to the underfloor heating, a small fireplace warms you. Two large patio doors open the room and the view into the vastness of the Hammrich. Due to the orientation of the house, despite the proximity to the main building, you are completely on your own.

Our house with the apartment is located directly on the Fehn Canal, surrounded by nature. Whether it's bike tours, fishing or day trips such as to the North Sea coast or to Holland - with us you have the ideal starting point for your activities on vacation. Or relax on your own terrace. The Timmeler Meer with its beautiful harbor and beach area as well as the flower town of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are accessible by bicycle.

Welcome to our charming, small vacation home in Spetzerfehn - idyllically located directly on the Spetzerfehn Canal. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday for two or with the family. The cozy decor creates a homely atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering. From the living room you have an unobstructed view of the approximately 1500 m² garden with terrace.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Cozy log cabin in a fantastic secluded location on the small lake – a real natural idyll with blooming water lilies in summer. Separate bedroom with bunk bed and open sleeping area on the gallery. Very well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and lovingly furnished rooms. Perfect for switching off and enjoying the peace and quiet. Linens and towels are to be brought. It has a large swimming lake.

Beautiful, newly furnished accommodation with kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom in a quiet cul-de-sac location. A son temporarily uses a room on the floor. The terrace, the huge garden and the garden house (by appointment) can be used. The existing chickens and quails provide us with fresh eggs every day. The center of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are nearby.
