My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Located close to the Neckar river, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa. The Old Town (Altstadt) is about a 20-minute walk away. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen can be used to prepare breakfast. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open the windows! The city requires us to charge a city tax of 3.50 euros per person per day for the first five days. Please pay this in cash on your departure day

The Schlossplatz, which is about a 3-minute walk away, offers numerous culinary possibilities, as well as a special perspective on the main portal of the Schwetzingen Schloss.

Luxury Creative Studio

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

A bright, modern apartment awaits you in a quiet location. The approximately 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It has an open kitchen / living area with TV. A car parking space is available directly in front of the apartment. In the fitted kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils are available (pots, silverware, glasses, etc.)

Suitable for 6 guests but 8 to 9 are possible. 5 mins walk to train station to Heidelberg Altstadt (20 mins). Two Technik museums (30 mins), Heidelberg Clinics (25mins), Hockenheim Ring (30 mins), TSG Hoffenheim (15 mins). Close to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, toy shop, cycle paths and woods. You may use the keybox or I can greet you personally.

Comfortable small 2-bed apartment. Ideally equipped for business travelers. Self check-in is possible any time after 3 pm. The two single beds can be pushed together to create a double bed 1.80. An extra folding bed can be placed in the bedroom for a 3rd person. The kitchenette offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daily housekeeping.

In our comfortably furnished studio apartment, in trendy country style, you can relax and still be quickly in the middle of the action. The apartment is at your sole disposal, has its own access and parking, but is not barrier-free accessible. For this you have your own terrace with a view of the garden. Here you can relax and enjoy your time out.
