The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (not accessible) and features a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shopping options in Marktheidenfeld (about 10 minutes by car). Public transportation is limited – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The apartment in the historic old town was completed in May 2017 and is quietly located with a view of the Ronkarzgarten. Restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Our studio apartment is modernly furnished with a double bed (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Storage and charging option for (e-)bikes.
