With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. If you love patina walls, vintage furniture and an individual style of furnishing, you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is bright and can accommodate up to 3 people on 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom has a 90 bed. Please note: As this is an old building, the shower situation is not ideal (no shower curtain can be attached).

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water.
