You'll love my place because of the central location to the town center, the water (Bodden 200 m, Baltic Sea 5 km) , the beautiful bike routes through the Darßwald to the beach, the idyllic places on the Darß, such as Ahrenshoop, Prerow, Born, the wonderful restaurants all around and the tranquility afterwards - in the in-house garden with barbecue area. My place is nice for couples and families. It offers both the opportunity to completely relax, but also for many activities.

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses, we have been offering the favorite farm, cowshed, hunting lodge and horse stable (bookable via Airbnb). Our newly built, each 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses have 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
