The view is incredible! We enjoyed early morning soaks in the hot tub overlooking the Smoky Mountains. The carpenter bees were a nuisance on the porch the first day, but they seemed to settle in after that, and didn’t bother us. Our Hyundai sonata (front wheel drive) made it up to the cabin but the drive is much easier with four wheel drive. The home was clean and there was absolutely no musty smell that I’ve noticed in a few cabins in the past. The town of Bryson city was super close and very cute to walk around or stop for lunch. Highly recommend!

Save your self the trouble spending hours researching where to stay in the Smokies. This location is a perfect proximity to where ever you decide to venture off too. The property itself is stunning to say the least! The thought out decor, details, layout, and craftsmanship was much appreciated. You’ll love sitting out on the balcony overlooking the Smokies listening to sounds of nature around you. The furniture inside is very cozy, you’ll get plenty good rest between adventures. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed for your kitchen/bbq grill creations. The hosts were amazing, and quick to respond to anything you may need before and during your stay. Absolutely stunning views, incredible property and lovely landscaping made this a wonderful stay! The host was so helpful and our entire trip went perfectly!

Staying at Lee’s cabin was an absolute dream. Perched atop a mountain with wide open views in every direction, the setting was peaceful and awe-inspiring. The home itself is a gorgeous 70’s modern build, full of character with striking angles, massive windows, and natural light pouring in from every side. It’s the perfect blend of style, comfort, and immersion in nature. Lots of stone, glass, and wood. Lee was a fantastic host—communication was clear, check-in was seamless, and everything about the experience felt easy and welcoming. I found myself wishing I could extend my stay, but I knew snagging more time at a place like this wouldn’t be easy! Truly one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. No complaints at all—just gratitude. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful and relaxing. There are several houses nearby, but privacy was not an issue. The view was amazing! It is a one lane drive from the road 1 mile up to the house and extremely curvy, but road is paved all the way to the the house. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My brother and I stayed here for a night in-between us doing a bunch of adventurous things in the smoky mountains. The place is gorgeous, and was super clean and stocked up when we arrived. there were so many thoughtful touches that we noticed upon checking-in, like a guidebook filled with all the local recommendations/how to use the amenities, towels and robes for the hot tub/sauna, and, my perfonal favorite, a smores kit for the campfire! Another thing to note is the stunning views this place has! Waking up in the lift gives you the most breathtaking view of the smoky mountains. As well as when you relax in the hot tub you can look out into nature and relax in the serenity and take in the view. Krista was an amazing host and was so friendly and proactive about check-in and check-out. We will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in the area! And if you love nature, stunning views, a clean, comfortable, and cozy place to stay, then look no further than Krista's A-frame!

Thank you Shelly & Jack for letting us stay in your beautiful, cozy cabin! This was the perfect location to relax, unwind, and recharge in nature. My parents drove down to meet my husband and I, and we all had the most incredible family weekend. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Hiking in The Great Smoky Mountains was fantastic. We loved The Alum Cave Trail into Le Conte for a 10-mile, strenuous day hike. The hot tub felt so good after that! My parents did an open-air Bryson City Train ride and loved the experience. Bryson City Bakery for breakfast is a MUST! Jimmy Mac’s was the best hometown original, authentic feeling diner...with the best fried pickles we’ve ever had! Shelly and Jack are incredibly responsive and were happy to provide additional recommendations! Thanks for a great trip!!

Our stay was fantastic! The location was beautiful and the home was clean and very comfortable! We quickly felt at home. Jeff was very clear on instructions, everything worked as it was supposed to, and he was responsive to any questions! It was a great way to embrace the smoky mountains with a little less tourism and traffic. My only recommendation if you book this location, make sure you have 4-wheel drive or a sturdy car, the very last bit of the drive was a little bumpy (but that’s expected in the mountains!). It was a great stay and would 10/10 recommend to friends or return for a future visit!

Brooke's place is an absolute gem of a find. From the location to the actual cabin everything was perfect. The drive to the cabin can look a bit steep but it is very manageable. The cabin itself is gorgeous. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The fireplace kept us warm all day and is a nice touch to the ambiance. Kitchen had all new ceramic pots and pans and all the small ware you need. Only suggestion would be to have some more comfortable chairs by the fire pit outside. We will back for sure.

This is an incredible place. The location can not be beat. It is right next to the babbling river. The spot is so close to all things Bryson City. The place itself is nearly perfect. We will stay here again.

This cabin was the perfect weekend getaway with stunning views and true mountain home feel! Gina provided an extensive list of recommendations ranging from local restaurants to great hikes. Also having a home where I could bring my dog was a huge plus! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property (farm) is beautiful and well kept. Cabin is modern, well appointed, very clean and well cared for. Open views of the surrounding mountains, fields, river and farm animals is so nice it almost seems unreal. Note: there is not a full kitchen but instead a make shift kitchenette area with a portable burner, microwave, toaster oven, etc - fine for preparing simple meals. Excellent host. Good, fast, spot-on communication. Overall a quiet, ideal place to get away and relax.

Mary was a phenomenal host! So friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The space was beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and return again!

Bob and Jacki’s Cozy Bear Lodge is a conveniently, perfect getaway! We had the honor of watching our little sister graduate from WCU, this weekend! We had an amazing time enjoying each other company here at the lodge. This place had everything you needed to cook, enjoy the hot tub under the full moon, and cozy up and watch movies. I had a wonderful little weekend with my boyfriend and two dogs at Sandy & Chuck’s cabin. The place was actually nicer than the photos with beautiful furnishing. We enjoyed the hot tub at night with a beautiful view of the stars. 30 mins to SMNP where we spent our days hiking. Definitely plan to come back for a fall trip.

The home was absolutely stunning. Location is breathtaking and the views were out of this world. It was so amazing in the morning to wake up with that view of the mountains. The host was top notch and provided excellent communication with all the pertinent details about the home and our stay. We will definitely look to book again on future return trips to the area.

This AirBnb is absolutely stellar in every way! The view is beautiful from the back porch. We hadn’t planned on cooking, but changed our mind when we saw the grill and that the kitchen was well stocked with quality items. The location is fantastic; it’s a very short drive to Bryson City and Deep Creek. We loved hiking and tubing! The host truly went above and beyond! He has stocked the cabin so well. He gave us clear directions on how to get to the cabin and check in and was very responsive during our stay.

My mother and Father visited The Easy Breezy cabin for a getaway gift from their children. They had the best time stating that they wanted to go back again just to sit on the back porch and look at the river flowing by.

We had one night here after rafting in Nantahala. It was easy to get to and perfect for our family of 4. We loved the hot tub which was cleaned and prepared for us. All was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Kelsey was such a great host. She went above and beyond for us by not only allowing us to check in early on such short notice, but also allowing us to bring our two guinea pigs when our pet-sitters bailed at the last minute. The cabin was so well stocked and was spotless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
