Double slider doors open up to the rustic large deck which boasts a fantastic view of Whiteface Mountain in winter, table with fire feature and a Weber gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this level with queen sized beds, dresser, and a custom built cedar lined closet armoire in each bedroom. There is a full bath on this level (updated 2024). The lower level includes a gas fireplace and a Queen Bed with a Roku TV, a full bathroom with tiled shower ans soaking tub (renovated 2024). French Doors on the lower level exit to the backyard. There is a brick patio under the deck which looks out to the backyard firepit. The property has a short pathway leading to the Jackrabbit Trail for winter cross-country skiing and connects to the Craigwood Golf Course. This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. There is a washing machine in the cabin & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Laundry detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch.
