Monthly Rentals in White Sands Beach

Chantal, Lissette, and Michelle were fabulous. Very quick to respond to any communications, took care of any issues immediately. Locals at security and the Colmado were super friendly and great to deal with. Shout out to Francis in security and Manuel at the store - he also delivered water to us often. Pool area was nice. We would recommend anyone staying in the complex long term have a car because the beach is a 30 minute walk and the shuttle is not always available. Uber is very expensive to get groceries. All in all a nice place and great hosts.

Absolutely perfect for us G44 is near everything …we walk to Cortisito , Bávaro Supermarket Iberia The beach … everything is there … beautiful surroundings at White Sands ..Beach is a gem a 10 minute transfer .. ❤️

Our stay (2 months) December 2024 to the end of January 2025. We had a great time with the family. The condo is very clean and very functional, we enjoyed the terrace a lot. The site is clean and safe, we have access to the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. About 10 minutes by car to get to the beach which is beautiful and 5 minutes to get to town. Our host Jeannisse is very efficient, responds quickly to our requests and she resolves issues in a timely manner. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you!

I have spend 3 weeks at the apartment and everything went very well. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and the area is safe. The beach is very close and beautiful, the only thing i was missing was a restaurant or bar at the beach. But there are many restaurants outside the recidence, i recommend to rent a car. Diego is a very good host, very friendly flexible and always available. I would visit the apartment again.
