Lake Oconee-Lakefront Villa in Cuscowilla (C-Unit)

Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

Welcome to the country! Our cabin is the perfect place to get away to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Situated on 50 acres overlooking a picturesque pond, it provides the perfect place to sit in a rocking chair or swing on the front porch. The above-ground pool located behind the house is perfect on those hot days (June-Sept.). The pond is stocked with bream and bass if you enjoy fishing. There's also a kayak if you'd prefer to row around the pond. Come and enjoy the country!

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
