Lake houses in White Lake

Not to overuse the word awesome, but awesome place, awesome location, awesome price. The beach was a very short drive straight down the main road. After a day in an active beach scene, particularly Thu-Sat, it was refreshing to come back to this beautiful home in this chill community. Everything was as described and as pictured. Thanks Tony!

We had a fantastic trip! Truly could not have asked for anything more. The space was beautiful and clean, the area had lots to do, and the hosts were warm and responsive. 10/10 experience!

Darlene was a fantastic host! She communicated quickly when I had any questions. Her house was probably one of the best stocked AirBnBs that we've stayed at. The pool was so private, I knew we had neighbors, but could not see them. The house was perfect for our family! We loved Carolina Beach!

We have been coming to Lake Waccamaw and stayed at different houses around the lake for 40+ years. This house is the most beautiful and well appointed of any of the houses we have stayed at. Perfect for a large family group like ours. Our entire family from age 30 to 80 enjoyed gathering there.

This was our 2nd time staying at Lisa’s house and it was just as amazing as the first stay! The cottage is in great location that was walkable to almost everything on the island. It was a great place with fenced in yard to bring our dog and had plenty of beach supplies. The neighborhood is very quiet. Lisa was quick to respond to any of our questions. We can’t wait to stay at Lisa’s place again!

This is our second time staying here with our two dogs. We had a great time again! It’s in the perfect area to walk to the beach and great places to eat. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The home was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. I liked have extra little blankets in the house and beach towels and plenty of hand towels. Lake was beautiful visit from a desert state it was wonderful to be surrounded by trees and water

Absolutely amazing home! The host is super responsive and answered all my questions within seconds! Quiet and peaceful street just a few short steps from the lake. They leave everything you could ever need for you to use. I told them I was bringing my toddler and they had the pack and play all set up in the room for us to use, they certainly go the extra mile. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, unique stop. Far enough from I-95 to really get a sense of the community, close enough to make it a easy alternative to a hotel. Sierra responded quickly, fielded my questions into the evening, and was incredibly flexible. The morning walk to the little lake was magical. Thank you!

We really enjoy ourselves. Nice place for fishing & river boating. I felt safe enough for us to bring our grandkids next time, as the location is located on a private community.

Chris and Misty were absolutely lovely people! I am so glad we got to meet them. The house was very nice and comfortable. The dock and entertainment items were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We really hope to go back.

Lisa and Terra’s home is beautiful. And it’s on a lake! I especially loved being able to see all the way through the house out to the lake while making coffee in the kitchen before taking the mug out to the dock. What a serene setting! I very much enjoyed a quiet few days with my dog here. Called my bestie on the drive home and told her what a great place it would be for a girls’ weekend. Hope to return for that! The nearby state park and Waccamaw Lake Dam were fun to explore, and the house was spotless with super comfy bedding and furnishings. Incredibly friendly hosts! Thank you, Lisa and Terra!

Our stay at Joy’s place was great. We were in town for a family wedding. The house was well located. It was close to the lake and playground. The house is spacious and comfortable. We had 6 adults, a toddler and an infant and we had plenty of room. Joy was a very kind and responsive host. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would return again.

Lovely, quaint, quiet, and peaceful. this 2br 1ba was a perfect cozy retreat for.oyr family of 4. The neighborhood was small and quiet. Delicious café and coffee a mile away on the downtown streets. Accommodating hosts and comfortable living. Bring your own shampoo.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

Kelly’s place is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay & felt comfortable there. Really enjoyed the screen porch dining area looking at the lake. Would recommend. If you are going on the Ancient Cypress Tours it’s a great location to stay, only about 25 minutes away.

The hosts are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel at home. Everything looks exactly like pictures, which are spectacular. This is such a special property and we feel honored that we were able to stay here. The animals on the property are such an incredible addition. We loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

My son and I felt right at home at the Elizabeth. The house was clean and the beds were comfy, as was the big couch in the living room. Michael was kind and communicated quickly. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay at this cozy cottage. It was perfect! It was also right beside a prayer garden which was so pretty . We saw a few alligators. I love this place!

The home was fantastic. Plenty of open family space. Huge kitchen which made meals super easy. Very responsive hosts. If in the area we would stay here again.
