This rooftop studio, measuring 46 m² is located in a quiet part of the building and is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. The skylights provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (compact but with everything you need), and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for one or two guests. Note: The apartment is not suitable for elderly guests due to narrow stairs.

Ideal for couples looking for privacy and relaxation or for families with children. The price of each night includes one filling of the hot tub with 60 minutes of operation and an infrared sauna for 30 minutes.

Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
