House in a quiet part of Lednice, it is necessary to keep the night quiet. Ground floor: kitchen, shared room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom for 3-4 people. Attic: bedroom for 3 people and a large room divided by a partition with bathroom. In one part there is a double bed and a sofa bed, in the other a double bed. In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

You can use the outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fireplace and swing.

In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
