It is a 1930's Sears Craftsman home located near downtown Greenup, about 1 mile from Rt 70. Greenup, known as the Village of the Porches between Interstate 70, IL RT 40 and IL RT 130, with over 1500 residents. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!

With a large kitchen with breakfast nook. This cozy home is like staying at grandma’s house on the farm. Cows in the pasture behind the home gives charm to this rural listing. We are 15 minutes to east ramp and 19 minutes to west ramp on Newton lake. Sam Parr state park is only 4 miles away!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come stay in our cabin and enjoy either fishing on Newton Lake or do some local hunting. We are only a couple miles from the main boat ramp and public hunting land. We are just starting out so we would love to know what you think. We still have a few things we are working on there but we hope we can make your stay as wonderful as possible.

Bev's Country Cottage

A small quiet cottage off the beaten path, located only minutes from Newton Lake Fish and Wildlife Area. This is a great place for hunters, fishermen or just someone that wants to get away from the city. It has exactly what you need to enjoy a long weekend full of the great outdoors. As hosts we want our guest to enjoy their stay so we are available to help with anything.

This is a private, unique cabin that sits on 7 acres with plenty of room to roam. There is a small stocked pond that is great for fishing. Maintained walking trails around the property for easy exploring. Sit on the porch or around the firepit and watch the wildlife that frequent the area.
