A fantastic location and a great house in this family-friendly place. A few steps away from the surf club and reserve. Two walkways taking you to the beach., (no roads to cross). A safe cul-de-sac for children. Pets welcome. No extra guest surcharges. Fill up the outside hot tub with water, light the fire and have a hot water bath!! Our relaxed family friendly 3 bedroom holiday house is in a peaceful location overlooking the small town of Whitianga. It has stunning views night and day of Mercury Bay, the harbour, township and Coromandel ranges. It is a short drive down to Brophey’s, Buffalo or Simpson's (Wharekaho) Beach. The house is on a large section, with plenty of parking. This house is also our bach and we intend to personally meet and greet our guests. We have just had fibre installed and WiFi connected.

The Spinney - a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and cosey. The property has been renovated over the winter. New kitchen, cladding and windows etc. Patio to side and a decking to the front to enjoy the bush, bird songs and great sunsets. Stunning views. Well behaved pets welcome with prior approval. Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

Only 400 metres to the beach and an easy walk to the town centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Large section allowing vehicles or boat parking and private back yard. Master bedroom with large ensuite and own balcony upstairs. Two more bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining laundry, bathroom and toilet downstairs. Lounge opens out to deck area with gas BBQ.
